Questions, answered
Everything you might wonder
Mobile visits, timing, and payment, in plain language. If something is not here, call or text and a registered nurse will answer.
Mobile visits
How it works when we come to you.
Where do you come to?
Homes, hotels, beach rentals, offices, and event venues across Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Perdido Key, Milton, Pace, and coastal Alabama. Travel is included in every price, with no mileage fee.
What do I need to have ready?
A comfortable seat with room to recline, a flat surface nearby for supplies, and a photo ID. If you are staying in a rental or hotel, let us know the unit number and any gate or parking instructions in your booking notes.
Who administers the treatment?
Every visit is performed by a registered nurse who is licensed and insured in Florida. Pediatric visits are staffed by nurses with ER and pediatric experience, for ages 10 and up.
Can you treat a group or event?
Yes. We regularly serve bachelorette parties, weddings, golf trips, corporate events, and family gatherings. Groups of four or more receive 20% off, and we bring extra nurses when the group is large.
What if I am not sure which drip I need?
Choose the closest option when you book and add a note. Your nurse reviews your goals and health history before starting, and can adjust the drip or boosters on site.
Timing and scheduling
How long things take and how far ahead to plan.
How far ahead should I book?
Same-day requests are often possible, especially in the morning. For groups, events, and weekend visits, a day or two of notice helps us staff enough nurses.
How long does a visit take?
Most IV drips run 45 minutes to an hour once the infusion starts, plus a short setup. NAD+ infusions and longer massage sessions take more time. Your nurse gives you a realistic window when confirming.
When will my appointment be confirmed?
A registered nurse calls or texts to confirm the time window after your request comes in. The time you pick is a preference, not a locked slot, until you hear back from us.
What happens if I am running late?
Call or text us as soon as you know. We hold the window when we can, and if traffic or weather pushes us back, your nurse will let you know an updated arrival time.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Nothing is charged until your visit is confirmed, and there is no fee for rescheduling. If you need to cancel after a nurse is already on the way, call us and we will work it out.
Payment and pricing
What things cost and how you pay.
How much does a drip cost?
Drips start at $120 for Rehydrate and run up to $215 for the VIP Drip. Boosters are $20 to $100 each, and NAD+ ranges from $60 for a shot to $600 for a 500mg infusion. Massage pricing is quoted when you book.
Is travel included?
Yes. There is no travel fee anywhere in our service area, and no hidden charges added at the visit.
When do I pay?
Payment is collected at or after your visit, once the treatment is confirmed. Submitting the booking form on this site does not charge a card.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay another way, call or text before your visit and we will let you know what is possible.
Do you take insurance?
Mobile IV therapy is generally paid directly rather than billed to insurance. We can provide a receipt you can submit on your own.
Do you offer gift certificates and memberships?
Gift certificates and a monthly membership are available. Call or text us and we will set one up for you or the person you are gifting.
Safety and eligibility
Who we can treat and when to call 911 instead.
Is IV therapy safe?
Our nurses follow a health screening before every visit, review your medications and conditions, and stop or adjust treatment if anything is unsafe. IV therapy is not a substitute for emergency or ongoing medical care.
Who should not book a mobile IV?
Anyone under 10, anyone with an untreated emergency, and anyone whose nurse determines the treatment is unsafe after screening. Tell us about pregnancy, kidney or heart conditions, diabetes, and current medications so we can plan properly.
What about allergies?
List allergies in the booking form, including medication, latex, and adhesive allergies. Your nurse confirms them again before starting.
What if I feel unwell during the visit?
Tell your nurse right away. They are trained to recognize and respond to reactions, and will stop the infusion and escalate care if needed.
Still have a question?
Call or text and a registered nurse will help you pick the right drip and time. Booking takes a couple of minutes online.
